Summary

We currently have an opening for a Maintenance Electrician, full-time day shift, Monday – Friday, 5:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.  This position will be responsible to execute repairs and provide service on CNC Lathes and Machining Centers and manual shop equipment.

Skills and Experience

Includes high school diploma or equivalent.  Ideal candidate will possess A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in maintenance and repair of CNC equipment, a two year technical degree, PLC programming, installation and electronic troubleshooting, additional experience in hydraulic repair, circuitry building and ladder logic.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to remain in a stationary position for a long period of time (90% of the time is spent standing); must be able to frequently move about the work area to perform required duties; reading and writing ability to follow work order instructions and prepare simple production reports; manual dexterity and visual acuity (corrected); frequently relocate metal parts and equipment weighing between 0.5 (1/2) pound to up to 60 pounds at various times; finished parts may weigh up to 60 pounds.

Title SHOP JANITOR – 2ND SHIFT
Summary

Ace Manufacturing has a full time, second shift position working M-TH, 3:30 PM to 1:30 AM.  This position is responsible for keeping the facility in a clean and orderly condition.  The position performs heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, washing walls and machines, and removing rubbish; is responsible for maintaining proper inventory levels on all supplies needed to complete tasks; may perform routine maintenance activities; and notify management of the need for major repairs.

Skills and Experience – High school diploma or equivalent; ability to read directions and job requests; clean driving record; self-disciplined; self-motivated; excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with others  as required.

Title TOOL & DIE MAKER – 1ST SHIFT
Summary

TOOL & DIE MAKER – Rokwell Industries currently has an opening for a Tool & Die Maker in a full-time position working M-Th, 5:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.  This position will be responsible for producing tools, dies, and specialized parts and devices used on manufacturing machines.  Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: Analyzing  print specifications, setup and operate machine tools to manufacture parts to specifications; maintaining the maintenance and repair of existing tooling fixtures; fitting and assembling tools to make and repair, jigs, fixtures, gauges and hand tools; setup and operate machining centers; build and maintain dies for production; designing tools, jigs, fixtures, and templates for use as work aids; and verifying dimensions, alignment, and clearances of finished components using measuring instruments, such as calipers, gauge blocks, micrometers, and dial indicators.

Skills and Experience includes high school diploma or equivalent; formal training in an apprenticeship program, vocational school, community or technical college is preferred; eight (8) years of documented experience as a Tool & Die Maker in a manufacturing environment; and knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology.

Summary

Job Summary

Implement instruction as given by the Supervisor or Manager to include press operation, machining, loading/unloading furnaces, coining, packing parts, mixing powders and the glue line operations.

Summary

Ace Manufacturing has a full time, first shift position in the Assembly department working M-TH, 5:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.  This position is responsible for assembling the finished product using sub-assemblies, parts, and fasteners.  The end product is then packed as designated by the customer specification sheet and company policies.  This position assures there are sufficient supplies, including designated carton packs and inserts, to complete the assigned job and verifies all components fit correctly.

Skills and Experience includes high school diploma or equivalent.  Previous manufacturing experience with the ability to read measuring instruments and blueprints is helpful.  This position requires excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with all levels of the team, as well as vendors/suppliers.

Title ACCOUNTING MANAGER
Summary

Summary of Essential Job Functions

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for multiple companies’ accounting management.
  • Provides Annual Business Plan for Accounting Department.
  • Responsible for the integrity of general ledgers.
  • Reviews cost center and chart of account structure. Makes recommendations as to cost center/ account structure that will identify the nature of the expense to their proper area; streamlines the data processing support required during month-end.
  • Prepares, verifies and controls the entering of journal entries to the general ledger.
  • Evaluates subsidiary journals for obvious errors and omissions and enters corrected data into the general ledger. Performs all tasks associated with the general ledger, i.e., enters monthly journals entries, executes monthly closing entries.
  • Reviews monthly balance sheet and account analysis.
  • Assists in reviewing and updating monthly closing procedures.
  • Reviews supporting schedules to ensure that the Company’s accounting practices are being maintained, i.e., insurance, fixed assets, amortization for prepaid.
  • Prepares state sales and use tax reports.
  • Reviews accounts payable aging and vendor statements.
  • Reviews accounts receivable aging.
  • Reviews customer accounts.
  • Monitors credit and collection applications, assists in approval of terms and limitations.
  • Provides other company departments with related information required by them to carry out their assigned responsibilities.
  • Monitors inventory levels and adjustments.
  • Post inventory transactions in IQMS and corrects costing errors.
  • Monitors PPV accounts.
  • Monitors RGA’s and Samples, and adjust cost in general ledger accordingly.
  • Coordinates and directs the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts, institutes and maintains other planning and control procedures (including the cost accounting), and analyses and reports variances.
  • Determines depreciation rates to apply to capitalized items.
  • Assists in evaluating and recommending insurance coverage for protection against property losses and potential liabilities.

Skills/Experience

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent in Accounting, plus five years’ experience in the accounting department of an industrial company.
  • Computer literate, Microsoft Office, Adobe, Crystal Reports and IQMS software.
  • Ability to solve issues when they arise.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-disciplined and self-motivated.
  • Must have a clean driving record and be able to adhere to the Company’s Vehicle Usage policy.
  • A criminal background check will be conducted.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
