|Title||CNC MACHINE PROGRAMMER – 1ST SHIFT|
Ace Manufacturing has a full time, first shift position in our Production/Racing department working M-TH, 5:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. This position analyzes job orders, drawings, blueprints, specifications, etc. to determine the sequence of machine operations. Must be able to create programs from prints/models using Mastercam/Solidcom software. Must be able to set-up mills, lathes, drills, and machining tooling and load/edit programs to make quality part.
Skills and Experience: includes high school diploma or equivalent. Prefer a graduate of technical school in programming (CAD) with 2 to 5 years of experience. Knowledge of Mazatrol, Fanuc, and Haas controllers. Possess strong interpersonal skills, self-discipline and self-motivation with strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position for a long period of time; must be able to frequently move about the work area to perform required duties; ability to follow work instructions and prepare simple reports; occasionally move equipment and/or parts weighing up to 60 pounds.
